My Story
Growing up in the town of Cholula, located in the state of Puebla, Mexico, my earliest memories are rooted in the aromas of our family kitchen, where under my mother’s watchful eye, fresh seasonal ingredients were transformed into vibrant dishes using recipes passed down through generations, each with a unique character, texture, and flavor.
These traditional recipes offered a window into authentic homemade cooking, carrying the history of our family in every bite. Today, I carry these traditions forward through my Pop-Up restaurant, honoring the quality, freshness, and unforgettable flavors that defined my heritage.
